The big news in the gaming world will be the first ever hands-on with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The next-generation consoles by Sony and Microsoft have been highly anticipated since their brief debuts at their respective reveal events as well as the E3 gaming convention in Los Angeles in June. A collection of games are expected to be viewed and demoed as well.
As for movies, Comic-Con might be considered by many to be strictly animation but the event is actually a host to virtually every genre. The big draws today will be previews and panels of The Sidekick, Enders Game, and Divergent. As the event progresses, we'll see more trailers and sneak peeks for The World's End, Kick-Ass 2, Riddick, and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
In the television realm, much of of what will be shown will be bittersweet. Popular and long-running shows like Breaking Bad and Dexter will give a look into what's planned for their series finales while other's like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Sons of Anarchy, Wilfred, and The Walking Dead will all show what they have in store for the remainder of the season or what to expect next season.
Comic-Con will be running from Thursday today through Sunday, July 21 so be sure to tune in daily for all entertainment information. In the meantime, let us know what you're looking forward to most at Comic-Con this year.
